Newgrounds.com — Everything, By Everyone.

This is bullshit. I have only been a NG member now for about 5 months, but I have been a user for about 4 years now. I know that not too many people are going to see this unless I shove it down their whiny throats, but I am tired of certain people just being id10tic, non-sequitor, argumentative assholes here on newgrounds.com. They are either inexperienced on the world wide web, flash and/or message spammers, or just refuses to look at the facts and blindly argues them. I refer to any members who qualify as any of these traits as NGn's (Newgrounds n00bz). NGn's have tendencies to be a pain in the NG republics collective ass. Prime examples of this are the Kitty Krew, and any person who makes useless or abusive criticisms (on a regular basis) of anything here on this site (You guys should very well know who you are). I will admit I have qualified as this a couple of times here, but I do not regret those 2 times. Plus almost EVERY member has done that stuff at least once during their NG membership, so I'm not worried about this whole damn site. It's just the ones who do it regularly who brings my piss to a scolding boil. I know every bunch has a bad one or ones, but on a public site like here, YouTube, or MySpace has an annoying bunch. I do not pay any attention to YouTube or MySpace, but since I have become a member here, I can see just how much of a thorn to this site's side they can be. I've known about the Kitty Krew for a while, but other things have only recently come to my attention. I will give a prime example of the argumentative, denying logic spammers:
Exactly a week ago it was a dull rained-out day. I decided to look at parodies of the plumber we all know and love, Mario. I looked at SMBZ, a couple of BigFoot's parodies, some other random stuff, and then I came to Paper Mario and The Hat of Fire. I lmao'd. Then as luck would have it, I came to the predeceasing flash, Paper Mario 3. I saw it was the same thing, just a bit lacking in visual and audio value. It was good, and I happened to notice a couple of things, same author, Nintendo-Ninja (duh), and people out right accusing him of copying PP & THoF. I decided to write a review that was similar to an OBJECTION! in the Ace Attorney series on the DS. I presented several facts contradicting the harsh and unfounded claims and wrote in a two sentence review of the flash after. I thought in vain hope some sensible people would read this and stop making those annoying and false accusations. So far, everything went well. My defensive review got 'Helpful' status, and no one bothered to bring up the subject again. But, 3 days after another member wrote a review, gave 8/10, and referenced that accusation. WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!? The eight on the review suggested that this little prick decided to do the equivalent of flipping me off. He probably already knew the fact of the original flash, and in spite of that, decided to spam. Three days after that review, some other NGn wrote in the review title, "copied from thof", and then wrote a cruel one worded review, "noob", and gave the flash 0/10. This is exactly what I am talking about. There are at least twenty other examples of annoying crap like this that I have seen, but that one was eating at me the most currently. I will write about other NGn subjects that piss me off in the future, but for now, this means WAR.

Well, if you had enough time and sanity to read my rant, then congrats. I hope you think seriously upon what I have said. And remember, avoid NGn-age, and if you see any NGn activity do at least one of these things:
1) Blam it anyway possible (useless, abusive, 0/5, 0/10, etc.)
2) Argue back if you only have the right ammunition (Proof to contradict claims, present past mishaps by the member, use the NG guidelines, etc.)
3) If this gets out of control, PM or email an adimn
4) Get a group of NG members on your side, there is power in numbers
5) Gain more voting power by voting on as many submits as your brain can handle (This helps a lot)
If you do any of these steps you help with 2 things, preventing/stopping NGn-age, and promoting yourself as a good responcible NG member.
